摘要1病例介绍患者,男,26岁,体质量54 kg。因1周前出现全身乏力、食欲下降、稍感腹胀,尿黄,于2016年10月25日门诊拟＂病毒性肝炎乙型慢性中度＂收入院。无恶心呕吐,无腹痛,无发热,既往无食物、药物过敏史。入院体检：体温36.4℃,脉搏76次·min-1,呼吸率20次·min-1,血压124/76 mm Hg（1 mm Hg=0.133 k Pa）。
