桥梁钢的耐大气腐蚀性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对沿海地区大型钢桥建设对于桥梁钢耐大气腐蚀性的高要求,将以含有Cu、Ni抗腐蚀元素的耐候钢为研究对象,通过干湿周浸润加速腐蚀实验、失重分析、电化学测试等方法,分析海洋大气环境下桥梁钢的耐大气腐蚀性。实验结果表明:Cu、Ni含量不同的4种桥梁钢耐大气腐蚀性能存在一定差异,Cu、Ni合金元素可增强桥梁钢的耐腐蚀性、降低腐蚀深度与速率,且Cu含量与钢基体中的自腐蚀电位、极化电阻成正比,对于钢基体的初期腐蚀速率及大气腐蚀发展趋势均有显著减弱功能。 Based on high requirement of the construction of large steel bridge in coastal areas to the high atmospheric corrosion resistance of bridge steel,this paper will take the weathering steel containing Cu and Ni corrosion resistant elements as the object of the study. The author,through dry wet cycle infiltrating in accelerated corrosion test,including weightlessness analysis,electrochemical testing methods,makes an analysis of the air resistance the corrosion of steel bridges in marine atmospheric environment. The experiment results show that there are some differences in atmospheric corrosion resistance of 4 kinds of bridge steels with different Cu and Ni content,Cu and Ni alloy elements. It can enhance the corrosion resistance of bridge steel to reduce the corrosion depth and rate of the steel. Cu content is proportional to the self corrosion potential with polarization resistance in the steel matrix. It had a significant weakening function on the initial corrosion rate of steel matrix in the development trend of atmospheric corrosion.
