摘要
研究发现Y槲皮素二元体系有较微弱的荧光,TOPO(TX100)SDBS试剂体系的引入使二元体系的荧光大幅度增强;研究了Y槲皮素TOPO(TX100)SDBS这一体系的影响因素和分析特性,并将这一体系应用于痕量Y( Ⅲ)的测定.结果表明,在最佳实验条件下,Y( Ⅲ) 的可测定范围为0.1 ~10 μmol/L.
The study indicated that Y quercetin binary system emitted a weak fluorescence and the fluorescence of binary system was greatly enhanced by TOPO(TX 100) SDBS organic system. The system of Y quercetin TOPO(TX 100) SDBS was studied in detail on the affecting factors and analytical characteristics.The system was used for detecting trace amount of yttrium(Ⅲ).Under the optimum conditions,the fluorescence intensity was a line function of the concentration of Y(Ⅲ) in the range of 0.1~10 μmol/L.The detection limit was 0.05 μmol/L.
