直观分析法优选陀螺马达定子铁心叠片表面处理工艺参数

Optimization of Process Parameters for Surface Treatment of Stator Core Stack of Gyro Motor with Intuitionistic Analysis

摘要 针对陀螺马达定子铁心叠片表面处理后粘接质量,利用正交试验直观分析法,分析了硅烷偶联剂KH550的质量份数、烘干温度和烘干时间三因素对剪切强度的主次影响关系,确定了最佳的表面处理工艺参数KH550的质量份数5%、烘干温度100℃和烘干时间2 h.按照最佳工艺参数对产品进行了生产验证,定子铁心叠压后机械加工未发生开裂产品,小样本产品合格率100%,与正交试验结果相符。 For the adhesion quality on the surface of the stator of gyro motor,the orthogonal test intuitionistic analysis is used to analyse the effects on shear strength by the mass fraction,drying temperature and drying time of silane coupling agent KH550.The optimum process parameters for surface treatment are determined with mass fraction 5%,drying temperature 100 ℃ and drying time 2 hours.It has been proved to be feasible with the best process parameters,no cracking product in the post stack machine of stator core.The actual results coincide with orthogonal test by the passing rate of 100% in small sample.
