摘要
以桥梁检测车为研究对象,对其整车液压系统进行了设计。叙述了桥梁检测车的作业状况及要求,通过对桥梁检测车液压系统的分析,确定了整车液压系统方案、对液压元件进行了选型、设计了液压系统原理图并阐述了所设计系统的工作原理。
The main objective of this paper is to complete the design of bridge inspection vehicle hydraulic system.The working condition and requirements of bridge inspection vehicle is elaborated in this paper. The vehicle hydraulic system plan is determined by analyzing the hydraulic system of the bridge inspection vehicle,and the hydraulic components are selected,the schematic diagram of the hydraulic system is designed,and the working principle of the designed system is elaborated.
