摘要
目的:分析优质护理对于降低开放性骨盆骨折围手术期肺部感染的效果。方法:收治开放性骨盆骨折患者90例,分观察组47例和对照组43例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行优质护理,观察两组生活质量变化及肺部感染情况。结果:观察组情感功能、生理功能、精神健康和社会功能评分分别为(78.31±6.72)分、(81.12±6.73)分、(82.42±6.45)分、(78.52±6.63)分,均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组肺部感染发生率2.13%,显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:开放性骨盆骨折围手术期应用优质护理的效果显著,可有效降低肺部感染发生率,提高生活质量。
Objective：To analyze the effect of high quality nursing on reducing peri operative pulmonary infection in open pelvic fracture.Methods：90 patients with open pelvic fracture were selected.They were divided into the observation group（47 cases）and the control group（43 cases）.Routine nursing was given to the control group,and the observation group used high quality nursing.We observed the changes of quality of life and pulmonary infection in the two groups.Results：The scores of emotional function,physiological function,mental health and social function in the observation group were（78.31±6.72） scores,（81.12±6.73）scores,（82.42±6.45）scores and（78.52±6.63）scores respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the control group P〈0.05）.The incidence of pulmonary infection in the observation group was 2.13% significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of high quality nursing in the perioperative period of open pelvic fracture is significant,which can effectively reduce the incidence of pulmonary infection and improve the quality of life.
