摘要
带状疱疹后遗神经痛是带状疱疹皮疹愈合后遗留下来的一种慢性神经病理性疼痛综合征,好发于老年人,其长期剧烈的疼痛常常给患者造成生理和心理的巨大痛苦。随着人口老龄化,带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者的数量在未来会大幅增加,因此研究如何有效预防和治疗带状疱疹(VZV)后遗神经痛是十分必要的。本文通过查阅国内外相关文献,并进行分析、整理和归纳,现就其治疗和预防研究现状以及进展进行综述,为临床的治疗和预防提供参考。
Postherpetic neuralgia is a chronic neuropathic pain syndrome left behind after herpes zoster rash healing.It is commonly seen in the elderly.Its long-term severe pain often causes great physical and psychological pain to patients.With the aging of the population,the number of patients with postherpetic neuralgia will increase significantly in the future.Therefore,it is necessary to study how to prevent and treat postherpetic neuralgia（VZV）effectively.In this paper,we reviewed the domestic and foreign literature,and carry on the analysis,collation and induction,the current status and progress of its treatment and prevention research are reviewed,provide reference for clinical treatment and prevention.
