糖化血红蛋白检测技术的临床应用评价及展望 被引量:5

摘要 在糖尿病的检测与诊断的各项指标中,以糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)检测最为关键,已成为诊断的标准指标。Hb A1c不仅在糖尿病早期筛查阶段作用显著,在患者病情确诊及治疗效果追踪等方面均可起到十分重要的作用。该文主要介绍了Hb A1c检测技术的临床应用评价及展望,主要技术包括离子交换层析法、手工微柱法、亲和层析法及酶法等。
