摘要
目的:探讨经股静脉入路植入输液港在上腔静脉压迫综合征(SVCS)患者中的应用与护理。方法:选择确诊为SVCS的患者30例,经股静脉入路,植入输液港。结果:30例患者均成功植入输液港,无1例发生动脉损伤、空气栓塞、导管异常等并发症。输液港置管后发生皮下血肿3例(10.00%),使用过程中发生非堵塞性回抽血困难4例(13.33%)、导管堵塞2例(6.67%),上述患者经处理后均不影响导管的继续使用,无1例患者发生导管相关性感染(CRI)、渗漏、深静脉血栓(DVT)并发症,亦无非计划性拔管发生。结论:经股静脉入路植入输液港,能为SVCS患者提供一条安全、长效、方便的静脉通路,解决患者静脉输液的难题。
Objective: To explore the application and nursing of port implanted via femoral vein in patients with superior vena cava syndrome( SVCS).Methods: A total of 30 patients diagnosed as SVCS were selected and port was implanted into them via femoral vein. Results: Port was successfully implanted into all of the selected patients without any complication such as arterial injury,air embolism and catheter abnormality. There were 3 cases( 10. 00%)of ecchymoma after placement of port,as well as 4 cases( 13. 33%) of non-occlusive blood withdrawal difficulties and 2 cases( 6. 67%) of catheter blockage during operation. There was no effect on continuing to use the catheter after treatment of all the above patients. Also,there was no patient with catheter-related infections( CRI),leakage,deep venous thrombosis( DVT) complications and unplanned extubation. Conclusion: Implantation of the port via femoral vein can provide a safe,long-lasting and convenient intravenous access for patients with SVCS to solve the problem of intravenous infusion.
