摘要
为了获得高速列车VIP客室内噪声特性,对我国某现役高速列车VIP客室内的噪声特性进行了实景测试,并分析了该噪声形成机理。测试结果显示:VIP客室位于头车时,声压级总值较其位于尾车时增大约5 d B,其主要原因在于头车受到气动噪声影响更为显著;在客室内噪声显著的125 Hz频段,对应阶次特性显著峰值频率为126 Hz(车辆系统过枕跨频率);在客室内噪声显著的500 Hz和630 Hz频段,对应随速度变化的540 Hz和569 Hz等峰值频率,其与车轮19~24阶激励频率密切相关,分析判断其产生机理为车轮19~24阶非圆激励导致。
In order to obtain the interior noise characteristics in VIP passenger compartment on high-speed train,a real scene test is carried out on a high-speed train in active service,and the noise mechanism is analyzed. The result shows that the interior noise of VIP passenger compartment on the head car is about 5 d B,bigger than that on the tail car,because the impact of aerodynamic noise on the vehicle is greater. When the interior noise in compartment is significant125 Hz,the significant peak value of corresponding order characteristics is 125 Hz in the sleeper span frequency. The obvious interior noise in 500 Hz and 630 Hz is mainly due to the non-circularity of the 19 ~24 th order of the wheel.
