摘要
对民警进行警务实战技能的考核,是衡量其警务实战能力的重要方法,对推进公安队伍的正规化,专业化,职业化建设有着重要作用。从2016年起,公安机关面向全国公安院校公安专业毕业生进行统一招录,招警联考制度正式实施,在招警联考制度中对学员警务技能理论的考核占了很大比重,警务实战技能的考核却没有涉及。本文根据现实公安工作需求,对警务实战技能考核在招警联考中的作用及价值进行分析,以期为招录制度的完善提供思路。
The actual war capability exam is an important method to evaluate the police. It has significant effects on promoting the regularization, specialization and professional construction of the public security staff. From 2016, the public security organization operated a unified recruiting for graduates regarding the public security majors in the country. After the formal implementation of the police recruit entrance examination, it has accounted for a large proportion in the assessment of the students＇ police skills theory. However, it never involved in Police combat skills assessment. After analyzing the role and value of the actual war capability in the police recruit entrance examination. Based on the requirements of the actual public security work,this paper provides some new ideas for the improvements of the recruiting system.
