浅谈数铣编程教学与实习的统一

摘要 随着当前数控技术的迅猛发展,数控铣床编程技术在制造业中的应用日趋广泛和成熟。数控技术的发展使加工机床趋向高速化、精密化,极大地推动了生产力的发展,揭开了当代加工制造技术发展的新纪元。纵观数控技术应用一角,数控铣床编程技术也随着产品的高精化、高复杂化日趋先进。从设备的可控轴数上说,传统的三轴编程很大程度上已经不能满足实际生产加工的需求了。 With the rapid development of the current numerical control technology, the application of NC milling machine programming technology in the manufacturing industry is becoming more and more extensive and mature. With the development of numerical control technology, machine tools tend to be high-speed and precise, which greatly promotes the development of productivity and opens up a new era of development of modern manufacturing technology. Throughout the application of numerical control technology, CNC milling machine programming technology is also increasingly advanced with the high precision and high complexity of the product. From the number of controllable axes of the equipment, the traditional three axis programming has been largely unable to meet the needs of actual production and processing.
