摘要
云南某多金属硫化铜锌矿,锌矿物以铁闪锌矿形式存在,是稀有金属铟的主要载体矿物。现场生产铜锌采用部分混合浮选工艺,选铜尾砂-锌硫混合浮选-混合精矿再磨-锌硫精选分离的浮选工艺,现场工艺存在锌再磨过程不稳定,锌矿物单体解离不足,过磨严重,细粒级锌矿物损失于尾矿中不能有效回收问题,提出了采用快速浮选新工艺取代现场工艺。新工艺可以使锌精矿品位到48.39%、回收率达到92.16%。
A polymetallic sulphide copper zinc mine in Yunnan and zinc minerals in the form of sphalerite are the main carrier minerals of rare metal indium. The production site is the mixture of zinc and copper flotation, the flotation process of zinc sulphur separation featured selection of copper tailings-zinc sulfur mixed flotation concentrate regrinding process, the zinc re grinding process is not stable, zinc mineral liberation, over grinding seriously, fine zinc mineral loss in tailings recovery can not effectively in the new process of rapid flotation process to replace. The new technology can make the zinc concentrate grade to 48.39% and the recovery rate of 92.16%.
