摘要
气孔和夹渣是铸造铝合金的常见缺陷,要获得高质量的熔体,需要选择正确的熔炼工艺和熔体精炼净化处理方法。本文将对A356铝合金的净化效果影响因素进行分析,首先采用实验分析方法,对晶粒细化剂的细化效果进行分析。在此基础上,探讨静置时间对A356合金的净化影响效果。
The porosity and slag are common defects in casting Aluminum Alloy, melt to obtain high quality, need to choose the correct melting process and melt refining and purification method. In this paper, the influence factors of the purification effect of A356 aluminum alloy were analyzed. Firstly, the refining effect of grain refiner was analyzed by experimental analysis method. On this basis, the effect of holding time on the purification of A356 alloy was investigated.
