摘要
目前,BIM技术逐渐成熟并在医疗建筑领域的广泛应用,取得了极大的应用价值。分析医疗建筑建设与运行管理的特点,阐述其存在的问题,并以上海第一人民医院改扩建项目为例,分析BIM在医疗建筑与运行管理中的应用及价值,对BIM在医疗建筑领域内的应用具有参考价值。
At present,BIM technology become mature gradually,and widely used in the field of medical building,which has achieved great application value. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the construction and operation management of medical buildings,expounds its existing problems. Taking the reconstruction and expansion project of Shanghai First People＇s Hospital as an example,analyzes the application and value of BIM in construction and operation management of medical buildings,which have reference value for the application of BIM in the field of medical buildings.
