摘要
十九大报告提出要建立城乡融合发展的体制机制和政策体系。实现乡村振兴战略,需要对城乡关系进行重塑,需要对过去的城乡政策进行反思和重构,积极推进城乡要素融合机制、农村基本经营体制、城乡融合规划机制、生态保护机制等方面的创新。
The report of the 19th National Congress of the CPC proposed to establish an institutional and policy system for the integration of urban and rural development. In order to realize the strategy of rejuvenating the countryside, we need to reshape the relationship between urban and rural areas, reflect on and reconstruct the past urban and rural policies, and actively promote innovation in the integration mechanism for the urban and rural areas, in the basic management system of the rural areas, in the urban-rural integration planning mechanism and in the ecological preservation mechanism.
