摘要 本实验观察了昼夜明暗周期、四季变化周期和日食阳光骤变三种环境对小鼠脑内部分单胺类神经介质的影响。结果表明不同光照对5—HT等介质的节律有明显作用,提示中医天人相应的整体联系中阳光照射具有不可忽视的中介作用。 That the three kinds of environment of the light and shade cycle round the clock, the change cycle in four seasons and the sudden change of sunlight during solar eclipse had the influence upon the partial monoamine nerve transmitter in mice brain was observed in this experiment. Results demonstrated that the different light illumination had the significant effect on the transmitter rhythm of 5-HT, etc., and suggested that the light illumination had the intermediary effect not to be ignored in the whole relation between nature and human being in TCM.
