摘要
铁路运输设备是铁路运输安全有序的基础保障,为了加强对铁路运输设备的统一管理,全面支撑铁路运输设备的智能检修,在阐述运输设备技术状态管理现状的基础上,开展铁路运输设备技术状态大数据平台相关技术研究,分析平台的总体架构、应用功能、主要业务流程,并重点研究设备单元划分标准、大数据集成、大数据存储等关键技术。相关研究已经应用于运输设备技术状态管理,实现了运输设备技术状态全寿命周期电子履历化管理,对于推动大数据技术在铁路行业的应用具有重要意义。
Safe and orderly railway transportation depends on the proper management of the equipment. To improve the management of transport equipment and support the intelligent maintenance system, the paper conducts a research program on Big Data platform for monitoring the transportation equipment. An evaluation of the management status of the equipment was made before the research program. With their attention focused on key technologies such as standards for the classification of equipment units, Big Data integration and storage, the authors have analyzed the overall architecture, application features and operating procedures of the platform. The application of the research products in railway transportation makes it possible to manage the equipment electronically during its whole life cycle. It is believed that Big Data technologies will play a significant role in the railway industry.
