摘要
基于后乡土社会理论分析框架,以江苏省镇江市平昌新城为例,从社会空间转型、社会结构变迁、社会治理转型三个维度系统考察了农民集中居住区社会样态及其后乡土性生成逻辑。首先,社会空间集约化转型,其实践样态表现为从村落到社区进程中的社会空间压缩与集聚;其次,社会结构多元化变迁,其实践样态表现为社会空间集约化转型过程中家庭结构转型与代际关系嬗变、公共空间转型与社区意识崛起;再次,社会治理公共化转型,其实践样态表现为公共空间结构转型和国家基层权力下沉引发的治理规则公共化转型和治理逻辑现代化转向;最后,基于后乡土社会理论视角提出农民集中居住区理论定位,即一种兼具乡土性和后乡土性的"乡土连续统",且该理论定位能很好地回应当前农村社区建设过程中的体制性冲突和结构性矛盾。
Based on the theory analysis framework of rural society in P ingchang New District,Zhenjiang City,Jiangsu P rovince,as a case,and from the dimensions of the transition from social space,social structure changes,and the transition of social governance,this paper explored the social patterns of farmers-concentrated residential areas and their logic of earth-bound quality.Firstly,the practice pattern of the social spatial intensification transformation is manifested as the compression and agglomeration of social space in the process of transition from village to community;secondly,the practical pattern of the diversification of social structure changes is shown in the family structure transformation and intergeneration changes,public space transition and the rise of community consciousness in the transformation of social spatial intensification transformation;still,the practical pattern of the publicity transformation of social governance is displayed as the public spatial structure transformation and the governance rule publicity transformation and governance logic modernization transformation evoked by state-grass-root power down-going;finally,this paper put forward the theoretical position of farmers concentrated residence area based on the theory of post-earth-bound society,that is,an"Earth-Bound Continuum"with both earth-bound society and post-earth-bound society,and it is believed that this theory can better serve as countermeasures for the institutional dispute and structural contradiction in the rural community construction.
