摘要
本文从制定的时间、标准数量、标准采用关系以及主题内容等纬度系统比较了国际标准化组织和中国标准化管理委员会制定的电子文件管理相关标准,探讨了我国电子文件管理标准建设中存在的问题,并结合国际电子文件管理标准的构建,提出了完善我国电子文件管理标准建设的对策。
This paper selects the electronic record management standards from International Standardization Organization（ISO） and Standardization Administration of the People＇s Republic of China（SAC）as samples and compares the differences between them from the following aspects： the starting time and the number of standards, adoption relations between the standards and the subjects. At last, the paper points out the problems in the construction of electronic record management standards in China and explores the countermeasures to improve the electronic record management standards.
