摘要
对于吸湿速干产品的检测,不同检测机构对标准的理解不同,在纺织品的洗涤处理中,洗涤剂投放次数和洗涤时间可能不同,测试结果可能存在差异。文中设计了3种洗涤方法,测试对比了不同方法的蒸发速率。结果表明,采用GB/T 8629—2001《纺织品试验用家庭洗涤和干燥程序》中参照5A程序,洗涤5次,每次洗涤前均放入1次洗涤剂的洗涤方法,蒸发速率结果最好,且更符合服装的实际使用情况。
In the test of moisture absorbing and fast-dry products, different testing institutions have different understanding of the standards which may lead to different test results. For example, times of detergent added and washing time may be different in the washing process of textiles. In this paper, three washing methods are de- signed, and evaporation rates of different methods are compared and analyzed. The results show that the washing mode of ＂5A program, cycling 5 times GB/T 8629--2001（（Household washing and drying procedures for textile test- ing））, one detergent put into the washing machine before the washing each time＂ can get the best evaporation rate, which is more in line with the actual use of clothing.
