Design and Application of Fully Hydraulic Assembling Equipment for High Mining Height Hydraulic Support

摘要 设计一种大采高液压支架全液压组装机,使用井下工作面乳化液泵站作为动力源,全液压集中控制。在煤矿井下应用表明,该组装机设计新颖、操作简便、机械化程度高、实用性和可靠性强,实现了大采高液压支架井下快速组装,减轻了作业人员的劳动强度,大大提高工作面设备安装效率。 A fully hydraulic assembling equipment is designed for high mining height hydraulic support. An emulsion pump station is used as the power source and the whole hydraulic control is centralized. This novel assembling equipment exhibits several advantages in coal mining application simple operation, high degree of mechanization, improved practicability and reliability. Furthermore, the full hydraulic equipment achieves rapid installation of high mining height hydraulic support, which reduces the labor intensity and significantly improves the efficiency of mining equipment installation at the working face.
