摘要
研究了用于矿用链条类产品的各种连接环和接链环的结构形式,分析了开口式连接环、扁平接链环、链条用立式接链环和平式接链环等各种结构产品的使用场景和工况,并对各种形式的结构特定进行了总结。此外,就行业标准对接链环性能进行测试的方法进行了说明,介绍了静拉伸强度试验和疲劳强度试验适用的仪器设备,并且说明了各种相关参数指标的获得方式。
Studied the structure of various mining products chain connecting ring and chain, analyzes the open type connection ring, flat chain, chain link type vertical peace link and other structural product usage scenarios and conditions, and the specific structure of various forms are summarized. Besides,explaining the method of testing the performance of the industry standard docking chain, introduces the applicable instruments and equipment for static tensile strength test and fatigue strength test, and illustrates the way to get all kinds of related parameter indexes.
