摘要
为更好地促使小型汽车出行者在城市中心外围换乘公交车出行,最大限度地建立满足停车设施使用者、投资者及管理者三方效益最优的停车场。区别于传统的单一模型选址,提出基于GIS的初步选址和贝叶斯网络建立决策指标体系的两阶段城市换乘停车场选址模型。第一步,根据停车场选址原则及影响因素,首先使用均方差方法确定各影响因素权重;其次,采用GIS对各影响因素进行地理空间选址适宜性分析;最后,结合各影响的权重进行综合评价,对城市停车换乘设施进行初步选址。第二步,在第一步的基础上通过贝叶斯网络建立决策指标体系,对备选停车场进行综合评判,得出较优选址方案。通过对选址结果进行实地考察,两阶段选址法符合城市停车换乘设施选址。
In order to better motivate the small car traveler in the city center periphery to change the bus travel, this paper proposes, based on the GIS and the Bayesian network method, uses the two-step location method to establish the city transfer car park to carry on the location model. This paper aims at maximizing the optimization model of parking lot location, which satisfies the users, investors and managers of parking facilities. The first step is, based on the parking lot location principle and the influence factor, uses the GIS to the urban parking transfer facility to carry on the preliminary location. The second step is, based on the first step of the Bayesian network, to establish a decision-making index system for the alternative parking lot to judge and to obtain better location options. The two-step location method is in accordance with the location of urban parking transfer facilities through on-the-spot investigation and analysis of location results.
