摘要
原发性肝癌是全球最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其病死率在癌症病死率中位居第二。肝细胞癌(HCC)为最常见的原发性肝癌。乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染是肝癌发生最常见的原因。HBV相关性HCC危险因素主要包括宿主因素、病毒因素以及其他因素。本文综述上述危险因素与HBV相关性HCC的关系研究进展。
Primary liver cancer（PLC） is one of the most common malignancies in the world, of which the fatality rate is second of the cancer mortality. Hepatocellular carcinoma（HCC） is the most common PLC. Hepatitis B virus（HBV） infection is the most common cause of liver cancer. Research has shown that the risk factors of HBV related HCC mainly include host factors, virus factors and other factors. This review summarizes the association between HBV related HCC and its risk factors.
