摘要
为实现仓储的自动化,研究了巷道堆垛机对通用托盘的自动存取。对仓储作业中的巷道堆垛机进行方案设计,并利用单片机来控制巷道堆垛机的行走、升降、上架和下架、取货和放货等作业。通过试验验证了单片机能够对巷道堆垛机进行有效控制,实现了巷道堆垛机对通用托盘的自动存取。单片机控制所需设备简单,易于维护,为后续研究仓储作业自动化提供了依据。
In order to implement automation for warehousing, research is carried out in all-purpose tray of stacker crane under automatic storage and retrieval. The project design and construction were done of the stacker in warehousing jobs crane, which was supported by the single-chip microcomputer (MCU) to complete routine jobs for warehousing purposes like walking, lifting, shelving, unshelving, storing and retrieving, and etc. Verified by testings, capability of the MCU to effectively control a stacker crane qualifies the equipment to exercise its automatic storage and retrieval function. This simply-equipped and easily maintained MCU control lays the foundation for further automatization researches in warehousing industry.
