摘要
青年文职人员作为军校今后发展的后备力量,其教学能力培养的成败直接影响军校未来的教学质量。针对目前军校青年文职人员教学能力培养现状的不足,本文提出了四种教学能力培养对策,分别为:建立导师组辅导机制;完善新教员教学能力培养机制;建立教学资源共享机制;建立部队代职锻炼机制。
As reserve force of the teaching staffin military academy,young civilian personnel's teaching ability have a direct influence to the teaching quality of the mihtary academy in the future. In view of present state of the young civilian personnel in military academies,this paper presents four appropriate cultivation methods. The cultivation paths go as follows:instructor .team counseling mechanism should be established;teaching ability and training mechanism of new teachers should be improved;teaching resource sharing system should be established;the mechanism to allow young civilian personnel with certain administrators' titles to practice should be estabhshed.
