摘要
本试验旨在研究玉米粉碎粒度与破碎粒度对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和消化器官指数的影响。对照组饲粮中玉米采用锤片粉碎机进行粉碎,筛片孔径分别为4.0和8.0 mm,试验组饲粮中玉米采用对辊式滚刀粉碎机进行破碎,碟盘间隙分别为0.3、0.7、1.1和1.5 mm。选取30周龄的海兰褐蛋鸡1 620只,随机分为6组,每组6个重复,每个重复45只鸡,进行养殖试验,试验期8周。结果表明:玉米的几何平均粒径随着粉碎机筛片孔径或碟盘间隙的增大而显著增大(P<0.05)。玉米破碎组蛋鸡的生产性能、饲粮养分表观利用率、蛋品质和消化器官指数优于粉碎组。玉米采用锤片粉碎机粉碎后,筛片孔径8.0 mm组(几何平均粒径1 980.00μm)蛋鸡生产性能、饲粮养分表观利用率显著高于筛片孔径4.0 mm组(几何平均粒径991.67μm)(P<0.05),蛋品质和消化器官指数差异不显著(P>0.05);采用对辊式滚刀粉碎机破碎后,碟盘间隙0.7 mm组(几何平均粒径1 446.30μm)蛋鸡生产性能优于其他各组,且产蛋率显著高于筛片孔径8.0 mm组(P<0.05),饲粮养分表观利用率、蛋品质和消化器官指数差异不显著(P>0.05)。结果显示,针对蛋鸡饲料,玉米采用对辊式滚刀粉碎机破碎优于锤片粉碎机粉碎,碟盘间隙0.7 mm(几何平均粒径1 446.30μm)时,蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和消化器官指数最佳。
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of corn grinding and crushing particle size on performance, egg quality and digestive organ indices of laying hens. The corn in a basal diet was ground with a hammer mill equipped with 4.0 and 8.0 mm screens in control groups, while the corn in a basal diet was crushed with a roller mill with a gap setting of 0.3, 0.7, 1.1 and 1.5 mm in experimental groups. A total of 1 620 thirty-week-old Hy-Line brown laying hens were selected and randomized into 6 groups with 6 replicates per group and 45 laying hens per replicate and the feeing experiment lasted for 8 weeks. The results showed that the geometric mean diameter of corn was significantly increased with the increasing of sieve diameter and gap setting (P〈0.05). The performance, dietary nutrient apparent utilization, egg quality and digestive organ indi- ces of laying hens in crushing groups were better than those in grinding groups. When corn was ground with a hammer mill, the performance and dietary nutrient apparent utilization of hens in 8.0 mm sieve diameter group ( the geometric mean diameter of corn was 1 980.00 ixm) were significantly higher than those in 4.0 mm sieve diameter group (the geometric mean diameter of corn was 991.67 μm) (P〈0.05), but no significant differ- ence were found in the egg quality and digestive organ indices of hens between them (P〉0.05). When corn was crushed with a roller mill, the performance of hens in 0.7 mm gap setting group ( the geometric mean di- ameter of corn was 1 446.30 μm) was better than that in the other groups, and the laying rate was significantly higher than that in 8.0 mm sieve diameter group (P〈O.05), but no significant difference were found in the di- etary nutrient apparent utilization, egg quality and digestive organ indices (P〉O.05). Under the condition of this study, it is concluded that corn crushed with a roller mill is better than that ground with a hammer mill in laying hens' feed, and the performance, egg quality and digestive organ indices are the best in O. 7 mm gap setting group ( the geometric mean diameter of corn is 1 446.30 μm).
