摘要
对汽车发动机短路起火引发火灾进行模拟,模拟两辆车并排放置情况下的汽车火灾。使用高清摄像仪、热电偶对实验过程进行记录。结果显示:火焰先由发动机表面往保险杠下侧蔓延,再从引擎盖前侧往驾驶舱内部蔓延,最后蔓延至汽车尾部。燃烧过程中,车体表面存在明显的涂层炭化和燃烧物滴落现象,车体表面初步炭化温度约为300℃。起火后20 min时,相邻车体被引燃。汽车起火后前20 min是控制火势扩大的最有利时机。
The fire caused by short circuit of engine was simulated under the condition of abreast of two cars. The experiment process was recorded using high definition camera and tbermocouple. The results showed that the flames spread from the engine surface to the lower bumper, then spread from the front side of the hood to the cockpit interior, finally the flames spread to the rear of the car. There were coating carbonization and combustion dripping on the surface of the car body in the process of the fire, and the carbonization began at 300 ℃.Twenty minutes after the fire, the adjacent ear body was ignited. Therefore, the first 20 minutes after the car fire was the most favorable opportunity to control the spread of fire.
