摘要
针对传统灭火剂的缺点、水基添加剂的特征、实验方法等方面对煤粉深位火灾水基添加剂的研发进行探索,分别利用点板试验、渗透试验和沉降试验,对煤粉在典型表面活性剂、小分子有机物、酸、碱等多种物质溶液中的渗透及沉降情况进行初步研究。该研究对有机粉尘类堆垛的深位火灾熄灭及相关药剂开发具有一定的参考意义。
Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional fire extinguish ing agents, characteristics of water-based additive, experimental methods, research and development was made on water-based permeation additive for coal powder deep fire. Using plate test, per meability test and sedimentation test,preliminary study was made on permeability and sedimentation of coal powder in typical surfacrant, small organic molecules, acid and alkali. The study has a cer tain significance for deep-fire extinguishment of the stacking of or ganic dust and the development of the related fire extinguishing agents.
