摘要
对高岭土进行改性后,以阻燃剂、阻燃剂复配比例及重量等作为影响因素,基于正交试验法加入到聚氨酯中,通过原位聚合法制备聚氨酯复合材料。利用万能试验机、水平垂直燃烧测定仪、氧指数测定仪、TG及SEM对复合材料结构和性能进行表征。结果表明甲酰胺二次插层高岭土及DMSO二次插层高岭土作为阻燃剂时,复合材料阻燃效果能达到FH-1,氧指数能达到不燃等级,抗压性能较好,热稳定性较好,且复合材料泡孔均为封闭泡孔,泡孔较均匀。
The kaolin was modified by flame retardant, and was added to the polyurethane based on orthogonal test method, taking flame retardant compound proportion and weight as influence factors, to prepare polyurethane composites by in situ polymerization method. Using universal testing machine, horizontal and vertical burning tester, oxygen index measuring instrument, TG and SEM, the structure and properties of composite materials was character- ized. The results showed that using two formamide intercalated Kaolinite and DMSO two intercalation kaolin as flame retardant, flame retardant effect of the composite can reach FH- 1, the oxygen index can reach nonflammable grade, the compression performance and thermal stability are good, and the composite foams are even closed bubble hole.
