动机访谈联合多样性护理干预对2型糖尿病患者遵医行为及生活质量的影响被引量：4

摘要目的探讨动机访谈联合多样性护理干预对2型糖尿病患者遵医行为及生活质量的影响。方法选取2015年11月至2017年3月我院108例2型糖尿病患者,按照入院顺序分组。对照组54例行常规护理干预,观察组54例在对照组基础上行动机访谈联合多样性护理干预。统计两组血糖指标水平、遵医行为及生活质量。结果干预后观察组空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2小时血糖(PBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后观察组遵医行为评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后观察组生活质量核心量表(QLQ-C30)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者予以动机访谈联合多样性护理干预,可改善血糖水平,提高患者生活质量及遵医行为。
