摘要
目的探讨优质护理服务在新生儿游泳中的应用效果。方法将200例符合游泳适应证的新生儿,随机分成实验组和对照组各100例,实验组新生儿游泳实行优质护理,对照组新生儿游泳则采用常规护理。在游泳前、游泳过程及游泳后进行护理干预,对比两组采取措施之后临床效果的差异性。结果两组新生儿出生、出院、随访体重恢复比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);出生、出院、随访时的血清胆红素及并发症发生率少于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组新生儿家属对宣教知识掌握的程度和护理服务满意度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理服务在新生儿游泳中的应用,提高了新生儿生存质量,提高了家属对新生儿游泳健康的知晓率,积极配合治疗,降低安全风险与并发症发生率,增强护理人员的责任感,提高家属的满意度,有着较广泛的推广应用价值。
Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing service in neonatal swimming. Methods Two hundred neonates conforming to swimming adaptation were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,100 cases in each group.High quality nursing was carried out in the experimental group of newborn swimming,and the normal nursing was adopted in the control group.Nursing intervention was carried out before swimming, swimming process and after swimming,and the difference of clinical effect was compared between the two groups. ResultsThere were significant differences in birth, discharge and follow-up weight recovery between the two groups(P < 0.05).The incidence of serum bilirubin and complications at birth,discharge and follow-up was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The degree of knowledge acquisition and nursing service satisfactio of the two groups of newborns' family members were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing service in neonatal swimming can improve the quality of life of newborns,improve the awareness rate of family members of neonatal swimming health, actively cooperate with treatment,reduce the incidence of safety risks and complications,enhance the responsibility of nursing staff,improve the satisfaction of family members,and has a wider application value.
