摘要
"丝绸之路经济带"与"后苏联空间"存在着紧密的联系。本文通过政治、外交、经济关系结构分析发现,在以俄罗斯为中心的国家关系中存在着国家光谱序列,其中,欧亚经济联盟成员大多政治外交关系也接近于俄罗斯。在此基础之上,探讨了"丝绸之路经济带"与"后苏联空间"的重叠,进而讨论中国与俄罗斯和中亚国家开展经济合作时更需要关注其中的竞争因素,这是建设"丝绸之路经济带"必不可少的"问题导向意识"。
“The Silk Road Economic Belt” and “Post - Soviet Space” are closely related. Through political, diplomatic and eco-nomic relationship structure analysis, national spectral sequence is found in the national relationship with Russia as the center,and mostly political diplomatic relations of the Eurasian Economic Union members are close to Russia. On this basis, more atten-tion should be paid to such factor as competition in exploring the overlapping “ Silk Road Economic Belt” and “ Post-Soviet Space” , and then discussing how to carry out economic cooperation between China and Russia and Central Asian countries,which is the “ problem oriented consciousness” indispensable to constructing “ the Silk Road Economic Belt” .
