摘要
为了提高实验室检测水平,更好地反映提升产品质量,组织了纺织品耐水色牢度、耐汗渍色牢度、耐摩擦色牢度、耐唾液色牢度、撕破强力、起毛起球、尺寸稳定性等7个项目的能力验证活动。根据这7个项目的特点,分别采用专家公议值和参加实验室公议值作为指定值,对参加实验室进行结果评定,参加实验室的7项能力验证满意率为77.27%~100.00%。根据参加实验室反馈的原始记录和评定结果,给出了针对性的技术分析和建议。通过组织纺织品能力验证活动,可以帮助实验室更加客观、全面地了解该项目的总体检测水平及自身的能力地位,促进实验室技术能力和管理水平的进一步提高,同时,也为实验室认可、国际互认检测结果和领导决策提供了有力的技术支撑。
The proficiency testing activities of color fastness, tearing strength, pilling and dimensional stability were organized to improve the laboratory testing level and enhance the products quality. The testing results coming from the participatory labs were evaluated through expert consensus value or participatory labs consensus value according to the item characteristics. The satisfaction ratios of the participatory labs were77.27%~100.00%. The technical analysis and recommendations were provided according to the original recording and ability evaluation results. The organization of "textiles determination" proficiency testing could help the laboratory to know the detection level and increase the technical level. This activity provided the technical support for the laboratory accreditation, international mutual accreditation and policy making.
