罗丹明温敏染料棉织物印花变色性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用自制罗丹明类温敏染料对棉织物进行印花,探究温敏染料、粘合剂及增稠剂用量对颜色深度、变色温度、织物色牢度以及印花清晰度的影响。结果表明,采用2.0%温敏变色染料、22%粘合剂、4%增稠剂,印花织物热变色现象明显。在40~45℃,红色织物明显褪色,耐摩擦和耐水洗色牢度均可达5级,印制0.50 mm线条实际宽度可控制在经向0.81 mm,纬向0.78 mm。 Cotton fabrics were printed with rhodamine thermochromic dye. The influences of dye dosage,adhesive dosage, thickener dosage on the color depth, the chromatism temperature, the color fastness and the printed pattern definition were studied. The results showed that when the dosage of chermochromic dye,adhesive and thickener was 2.0%, 22% and 4%, respectively, the printed fabric presented obvious thermochromic phenomenon. The printed fabric gradually changed from red to colorless at 40~45 ℃, and both of the rubbing fastness and washing fastness were 5 level. Meanwhile, the width of the printed line preset 0.50 mm could be controlled at 0.81 mm in the direction of warp and 0.78 mm in the direction of weft.
