摘要
市场经济的思想引入高校之后 ,校办实习工厂发展成为校办产业单位 ,制造工程训练实践教学课程受到校办产业内部运行机制及其经济效益的制约与冲击 ,教学质量难以保证 ,教学内容难以更新。作者结合本校工作实践 ,提出了实践教学基地与校办产业分离、教研室与实习工厂融为一体以及实践操作训练与真实产品加工相结合等实践教学基地管理体制与管理模式改革的主张 ,并取得了成功的经验。
