摘要
建立了利用离子色谱和电感耦合等离子体质谱联用技术测定皮革中六价铬含量的方法。通过筛选离子色谱柱、监测质量数、ICP-MS分析模式的方法,对六价铬的检测参数进行了优化,并与分光光度计法做了比较。使用DionexIon Pac^(TM) AG7色谱柱,以pH=7.5的0.07mol/L的NH_4NO_3为流动相,能够很好地分离六价铬和三价铬,ICP-MS采用KED模式,以~52Cr的积分面积作为定量依据,方法检出限为10μg/kg,不受样品颜色影响,适用于测定皮革及其制品中六价铬含量。
The method was established for the determination of chromium(Ⅵ)in leather by ion chromatography-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer(IC-ICP-MS).The detection parameters of chromium(Ⅵ)were optimized through selecting ion chromatographic columns,measuring mass number and adjusting analytical models of ICP-MS.Chromium(Ⅲ)and chromium(Ⅵ)were separated by DionexIonPac^TM AG7 chromatographic column with 0.07 mol/L NH4NO3(pH=7.5)as mobile phase.KED was chosen as the analytical model of ICP-MS,the integral area of ^52Cr was regarded as quantitative analysis basis.The method detection limit(MDL)was 10μg/kg.The method would not be affected by sample colors,which was suitable for determination of chromium(Ⅵ)in leather and relative products.
