摘要
目的:研究疏肝健脾、扶正消瘀中药对乳腺癌术后化疗患者胃肠道不良反应及生存质量的影响。方法:选取乳腺癌术后患者74例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组37例。对照组采取化疗方案配合护胃止吐药物格拉司琼、奥美拉唑治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上配合疏肝健脾、扶正消瘀中药汤剂治疗。比较2组患者治疗后胃肠道不良反应疗效以及生存质量。结果:2组胃肠道不良反应均明显降低,生活质量提高,且治疗组优于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:疏肝健脾、扶正消瘀中药可显著减轻乳腺癌术后化疗患者的胃肠道不良反应,改善患者生存质量。
Objective: to study the effect of Chinese medicine of Shugan Jianpi Fuzheng Xiaoyu on gastrointestinal adverse reaction and quality of life of breast cancer patients in chemotherapy after operation. Methods: 74 post-operative patients with breast cancer were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 37 cases in each group. The control group took chemotherapy combined with Granisetron and Omeprazole,while the treatment group was treated with Shugan Jianpi Fuzheng Xiaoyu Decoction as well as the medicine to the control group. The effects of gastrointestinal adverse reactions and the quality of life were compared between the2 groups. Results: The gastrointestinal adverse reactions of the 2 groups were significantly reduced,the quality of life improved,and the treatment group was superior to the control group,with significant difference( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The Chinese medicine of Shugan Jianpi and Fuzheng Xiaoyu can significantly reduce the adverse reaction of gastrointestinal tract and improve the quality of life of the post-operative breast cancer patients in chemotherapy.
