摘要
采用熔融共混法制备了聚3-羟基丁酸酯-co-3-羟基戊酸酯(PHBV)/超支化乙二胺三嗪聚合物(HBP)共混物;利用差示扫描量热仪、旋转流变仪、电子万能试验机、偏光显微镜和扫描电子显微镜等,对PHBV/HBP共混物的热性能、流变性能、力学性能、结晶形貌和表面形貌进行了表征。结果表明,当HBP的含量为1.0%(质量分数,下同)时,与纯PHBV树脂相比,PHBV/HBP共混物在保持拉伸强度基本不变的情况下,冲击强度提高了31.3%,断裂伸长率提高了45.5%,结晶度由71.7%下降至59.1%。
Blends of poly(hydroxybutyrate-co-hydroxyvalerate)(PHBV)with an amino-terminated hyperbranched polymer(HBP)were prepared by a melt-blending method and then characterized by differential scanning calorimetry,rotational rheometer,polarized light microscopy,scanning electron microscope,and tensile and impact tests.The results indicated that the blend containing1.0 wt% HBP achieved an increase in impact strength by 31.3 % and in elongation at break by45.5 %.Compared with pure PHBV,the crystallinity of the blend was also reduced from 71.7 %to 59.1 %,whereas the tensile strength almost did not change.
