摘要
目的对医学生OSCE考核成绩进行综合评价,旨在改进临床教学管理评价方法。方法采用两独立样本t检验、完全随机设计资料方差分析和S-N-K两两比较、灰色关联分析等方法分别对2016、2017届学生OSCE考核成绩,所选取的9个临床操作站点得分及学生OSCE得分排名进行分析与评价。结果两届医学生在第1、2、6、7四站(病史采集与病例分析,辅助判读心电图、X线和CT,心肺复苏,手术区消毒铺巾穿手术衣戴手套)成绩对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2016届医学生除了第1站成绩均值低于2017届医学生外,在第2、6、7站成绩均高于2017届医学生情况;在医学生OSCE考核成绩排名方面,灰色关联分析对排名与传统的"总分制"排名相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应加强病史采集与病例分析、辅助判读心电图和X线CT、心肺复苏等临床操作的教学管理,OSCE考核成绩排名宜选择综合评价方法中的灰色关联分析方法。
Objective In order to improve the evaluation method of clinical teaching management, the OSCE evaluation of medical students was evaluated comprehensively. Methods The two independent sample t test, the complete random design data variance analysis and the S-N-K multiple comparison were used. The methods of grey correlation analysis were used to evaluate the results of the 2016 and 2017 students' OSCE assessment respectively. The scores of 9 clinical operation sites and the students' OSCE score were analyzed and evaluated. Results The two medical students in frst, second, sixth, seventh four stations (case history and case analysis, auxiliary interpretation of electrocardiogram, X-ray and CT, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, operation area disinfection towel, wearing surgical gloves) were compared, the difference was statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.05). The average score of the 2016 medical students was lower than the 2017 medical students in the frst stations, and the results were higher in the second, sixth, seventh station than in the 2017 medical students. In terms of ranking of OSCE scores of medical students, the gray correlation analysis showed a statistically signifcant difference between the rankings and the traditional "total score system" ranking (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion We should strengthen the teaching management of medical history collection and case analysis, auxiliary interpretation of electrocardiogram and X-ray CT, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and so on. The method of grey relational analysis in the comprehensive evaluation method should be chosen in the OSCE evaluation.
