摘要
工业以太网EtherCAT以实时性好、拓扑灵活、易于实现等特点得到了广泛应用。实时性是控制系统的重要技术指标之一,研究控制系统的实时性能有效提高网络系统自身的实时性,减少传输过程中的通信延时。研究工业以太网EtherCAT的实时性解决方案,提出基于EtherCAT网络控制系统的通信延时计算方法,通过实验构建一个基于EtherCAT网络的控制系统。计算系统中数据帧形成所需时间,以及从站节点延时、在介质的传播延时及主站接收和转发延时,分析工程中通信延时的各组成部分。实验结果证明,EtherCAT具有良好的实时性,能够满足大部分工业现场的实时性需求。
Industrial Ethernet EtherCAT has been widely used with good performance of real-time,flexible topology and easy implementation.Real-time is one of important technical indexes of control system.So,researching control system’s real-time performance can effectively improve the real-time of the network system and reduce the communication delay in transmission.Firstly,studying the industrial Ethernet EtherCAT how to solve the problem of bad real-time performance of ethernet,putting forward the calculation method of communication delay based on the network control systems of EtherCAT and building a network control system based on EtherCAT by experiment.Secondly,calculating the date frame forming time,the station node delay,cable delay and master station receiving and forwarding data frame delay in the control system of EtherCAT network and analyzing each part of communication delay.The calculated results indicate that,EtherCAT do has a good real-time performance,which can meet the real-time demand of most industrial field.
