以多组颅神经损害为首发症状的神经梅毒1例报告 被引量：3

摘要 神经梅毒是梅毒苍白螺旋体侵犯脑膜和或脑实质引起的一种中枢神经系统传染性疾病。随着青霉素类抗生素药物的广泛应用,神经梅毒的临床症状越来越缺乏特异性。因此,不典型的神经梅毒的病例报告日趋增多。本文报道1例以多组颅神经损害为首发症状的神经梅毒病例。1临床资料患者,男,48岁,因＂眼睑下垂2 w,言语不清、吞咽困难1 w＂于2017年9月1日收入我院神经内科病房。患者2 w前无明显诱因出现右侧眼睑下垂,
