摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预模式在小儿癫痫患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院2014年4月—2017年1月收治的110例癫痫的患儿作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(55例)与观察组(55例)。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合护理干预,分析两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患儿的治疗有效率高于对照组;观察组生活质量评分、治疗依从性高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于癫痫的患儿实施综合护理干预,有利于提高患儿的治疗依从性,改善其生活质量,且治疗效果显著。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of children with epilepsy. Methods 110 cases of epilepsy treated in our hospital from April 2014 to January 2017 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into the control group （55 cases） and the observation group （55 cases）. The control group was given routine care. The observation group carried out comprehensive nursing intervention to analyze the nursing efect of the two groups. Results The efective rate of the children in the observation group was higher than that of the control group. The quality of life and treatment compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the diference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention for children with epilepsy is helpful to improve the treatment compliance and quality of life of children, and the treatment efect is signifcant.
