摘要
目的探讨输液泵注射硝普钠在治疗高血压脑出血术后患者中的护理方法,以提高高血压脑出血术后的护理水平,提高疗效。方法对195例输液泵注射硝普钠治疗高血压脑出血术后患者的护理过程及方法进行分析。结果 195例患者严格按要求输注硝普钠,血压控制效果好。结论输液泵输入硝普钠治疗高血压脑出血术后患者时,护理人员要密切观察用药剂量、注射速度,严密观察血压及病情变化,积极预防并发症,有效提高治疗效果。
Objective To explore the nursing method of infusion of sodium nitroprusside in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after operation, so as to improve the postoperative nursing level of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, and ultimately improve the therapeutic efect. Methods The nursing process and methods of 195 cases of infusion pump injection of sodium nitroprusside in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were analyzed. Results 195 patients were treated with sodium nitroprusside strictly according to the requirements. The efect of blood pressure control was good. Conclusion When infusion pump input sodium nitroprusside in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients, the nursing staf should closely observe the dosage and injection speed, observe the blood pressure and the change of the condition closely, prevent complications and improve the therapeutic efect.
