摘要
目的观察分析腹腔镜结合胆囊镜保胆术对胆囊结石患者结石去取净率和复发率的影响。方法选取我院2016年2月—2017年6月收治的80例胆结石患者作为研究对象,使用单盲法,将其分为两组:研究组和对照组,每组患者40例。研究组患者给予腹腔镜结合胆囊镜保胆术进行治疗,对照组患者给予腹腔镜下胆囊切除术进行治疗,对比两组患者结石取净率和复发率。结果研究组患者和对照组患者的结石取净率为95.0%、85.0%,复发率为7.5%、17.5%,两组患者研究结果对比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜结合胆囊镜保胆术对胆囊结石患者的效果更好,其取净率较高且复发率较低。
Objective To analyze the efect of laparoscopy combined with gallbladder gallbladder surgery on gallstone removal rate and recurrence rate in patients with gallstones. Methods A total of 80 patients with gallstones treated in our hospital from February 2016 to June 2017 were divided into two groups. According to single-blind method study group and control group, with 40 patients in each group. The patients in the study group were treated with laparoscopy combined with cholecystoscopy and choledochoscopy. The patients in the control group were treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy. The calculi rate and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared. Results The calculi rate of the patients in the study group and the control group was 95.0% and 85.0%. The recurrence rate was 7.5% and 17.5%. The results of the two groups were statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopy combined with gallbladder gallbladder surgery in patients with gallbladder stones better results, its high net acquisition rate and low recurrence rate.
