摘要
"第三波"民主化浪潮以来,国内外学者围绕新兴国家政治制度及民主政权的巩固路径,以实现民主质量提升为目标,展开了激烈讨论。在现实与理论的催生下,民主巩固成为当代西方政治学理论研究的重要领域,也成为比较政治学研究的全新课题。对当前西方民主巩固学理论前沿进行持续性关注和研究,从中发现可借鉴的研究规律、方法及思路,具有十分重要的意义。民主巩固学有一定的西方话语色彩,于当前中国的发展现状而言,我国不存在西方所谓的民主巩固,在吸收西方理论长处、充分利用其研究成果的同时,不能受其影响太深。在翻译介绍、引入西方政治学理论时,不能有急功近利的心态,将其理论不假思索地"拿来"分析中国问题,更不能将中国的现实硬塞入西方的研究框架,以其研究模式、观念来硬套中国社会与政治的发展趋向。
Since the 'third wave of democratization,scholars at home and abroad have focused on the political system of the emerging countries and the consolidation path of the democratic regime to achieve the goal of improving democracy quality. Under the birth of reality and theory,democratic consolidation has become an important field of contemporary western political theory research,and has also become a new subject of comparative politics research.It is of great significance to continue to pay close attention to the forefront of Western democratic consolidation theory,and find out the rules,methods and ideas that can be learned from it. Democratic consolidation has certain western discourse color. In the current development of China,there is no so-called 'democratic consolidation ',which can not be influenced by absorbing western theories and making full use of its research results. In the introduction of the translation and introduction of western political theory,it is not possible to have a quick and utilitarian attitude,to bring the theory without thinking to analyze China's problems,and to put China 's reality into the western research framework,and to set the trend of social and political development in China with its research model and concept.
