直接分析法在双斜撑钢井架结构设计中的应用分析 被引量:3

摘要 钢井架双斜撑柱为变截面构件,梁柱的刚度比很难确定。论文介绍了胡家河矿井双斜撑钢井架的结构选型、斜架和立架布置,应用有限元软件STAAD.PRO考虑初始几何缺陷、杆件初弯曲和刚度折减,同时,采用直接分析法对整体结构进行计算,得出钢井架的应力变化规律和主要构件的应力比,构件校核时有效长度系数K=1.0。结果表明,该设计方法合理有效。 The column of double-braced steel shaft headframe is a kind of variable cross-section member and the beam-column stiffness ratio is difficult to determine. This paper mainlyintroduces the structural selection, inclined frame and vertical frame layout of the double-braced steel shaft headfi'arne in Hujiahe. By using STAAD.PRO finite element software, the initial geometrical defects, member initial bend and stiffness reduction are considered. At the same time, the direct structure analysis method is used to calculate the overall structure, the stress changes in certain rules and the ratio of main members can be concluded. Effective length factor is designed on the basis of K= 1.0 when members are checking. The results indicates that the design method is reasonable and effective.
