摘要剖宫产后阴道试产（trail of labor after cesarean section,TOLAC）是指首次妊娠行剖宫产术,再次妊娠时经阴道试产。近30年国内外大量临床研究证实,剖宫产后阴道分娩（vaginal birth after cesarean section,VBAC）安全性尚可,成功率约60%~80%^（[1-5]）。
