摘要
外科手术切口感染是外科患者最主要的医院感染之一,切口感染影响患者术后病情恢复,延长住院时间,导致医疗成本增加,甚至可导致患者术后死亡。外科手术切口感染发生率在各个医疗机构中的研究报道各不相同,高龄、伴有糖尿病等基础疾病、高BMI指数、低蛋白血症和贫血、住院时间过长、手术切口类型、手术持续时间、围术期输血、急诊手术、留置引流管、手术植入物、肿瘤分期、围术期不合理预防使用抗生素等均是外科手术切口感染的独立危险因素。通过对切口感染的独立危险因素进行有效控制和干预,能够降低外科手术术后切口感染的发生风险。
Incision infection of surgery operation is one of the most important nosocomial infections in surgical patients,it can influence the recovery of patient＇s condition after operation,extend the time of hospitalization,increase medical expenses,even lead to patient death. The incidences of incision infection in surgery operation are different in various medical institutions,for example,the advanced age,diabetes and other basic diseases,high body mass index,hypoproteinemia and anemia,length of hospitalization,operative incision type,surgical duration,perioperative blood transfusion,emergency operation,indwelling catheter,surgical implants,cancer stage and unreasonable usage of antibiotics during perioperative period are all the possible independent risk factors of surgery incision infections. The surgical wound infection in surgery is possible to reduce surgical wound infection by controlling the possible independent risk factors of surgery incision infection.
